Bachelor of Fine Arts in Studio Art

Students on Summer 2019, Fall 2019, or Spring 2020 requirements FINASBFA1
The Bachelor of Fine Arts in Studio Art, with its roots in the Studio Art B.A. program, enables students to see, formulate, and articulate visual concepts through the manipulation of forms and materials. Its aim is to further develop student awareness of visual expression within the humanist tradition. Creative activity in Studio Art and supporting scholarship in art history are enriched by the sophisticated dynamics of learning in a liberal arts context and are challenged by the rigor of knowledge generation in a leading-edge research university.
