Liberal Arts and Management Program

For thirty years, Indiana University Bloomington's pioneering Liberal Arts + Management Program (LAMP) has encouraged students to combine the prestige of an Arts and Sciences education with the practicality of business studies. Through coursework in the College and in the Kelley School of Business and in interdisciplinary classes designed uniquely for LAMP, students learn to work collaboratively, think critically, and communicate clearly. As they study business's social impact and cultural significance, LAMP students also learn to think about the Liberal Arts (Natural Sciences, Social Sciences, and Humanities—all the arts that liberate the mind) as more than academic. LAMP offers both a Bachelor of Arts in Management + Human Organization and a Honors Certificate in Liberal Arts + Management (for students who have another major in the College).
