Hutton Honors College

While the Hutton Honors College is an independent academic unit serving the entire Bloomington campus, its courses are administered through the College of Arts and Sciences.

The Hutton Honors College recruits highly-motivated students who desire an enriched and more intensive academic environment. All Hutton Honors students are expected to graduate with honors of some kind and all students are encouraged to pursue the Hutton Honors Notation. Regardless of their chosen pathway, Hutton Honors students have the opportunity to take small, seminar-format courses, and to interact with some leading members of IU's faculty. 

The Hutton Honors College strives to provide students with some of the intimacy and closeness of a small, Liberal Arts, college within the context of a multi-schooled, research intensive university.
