Concentration in Digital Merchandising (Bachelor of Science in Merchandising)
The Digital Merchandising concentration combines creative problem solving with analytical digital merchandising courses that prepare students to employ innovative merchandising decision making in a dynamic information rich and social media driven retailing environment. Students will practice design thinking while immersed in the foundations of digital consumer behavior. In advanced work, students analyze and interpret digital data and develop customer relationship strategies, practicing valuable industry relevant skills.

- Exploration and analysis of both customer behavior and business strategies in digital merchandising. Application of fundamental digital principles to the development of innovative digital merchandising strategies.

- Explores concepts and advanced decision-making practices of digital merchandising from a data-driven perspective through use of quantitative and qualitative digital analysis.
- Concentration GPA, Hours, and Minimum Grade Requirements.
- Concentration GPA. A GPA of at least 2.000 for all courses taken in the concentration—including those where a grade lower than C- is earned—is required.
- Concentration Minimum Grade. Except for the GPA requirement, a grade of C- or higher is required for a course to count toward a requirement in the concentration.
- Concentration Upper Division Credit Hours. At least 9 credit hours in the concentration must be completed at the 300–499 level.
